MARTA VERGONYÓS CABRATOSA

(Esclanyà, 1975)

BLUEISM: BLUE INSIDE…

Marta Vergonyós Cabratosa is a multidisciplinary artist and feminist activist with a prolific career in the fields of documentaries, installations and performances who frequently uses photography to create her works.

“Blueism: Blue inside…” is a long-term project started fifteen years ago that addresses personal memory, relationships with the landscape and introspection through photography. As she questions the meaning of this artistic discipline in our day and the need to capture the moment, she remains committed to more artisanal photographic processes.
