Who is behind each establishment, each restaurant, each workshop…? “Up close” seeks to highlight the human dimension of the businesses and services in Palafrugell. With a series of black and white snapshots, the photographer David Garcia makes himself invisible in order to access the space belonging to the subjects he portrays and capture the naturalness, delicacy and care with which they go about their daily work. In this collaboration with Oohx!gen, the Commerce and Business Association of Palafrugell, we are once again bringing photography to the street, training our gaze on a group of people who do their work with professionalism and the utmost care, in a series whose hallmark is personalized, friendly treatment.
