PIEL de FOTO is an association whose objective is to promote and boost both the photographic and the audiovisual documentary image focusing on its most critical and social aspect. They have created a project whose goal is to go back to the roots of the media opting for printing on paper and choosing a traditional newspaper size. All of the afore mentioned is done following new guidelines that stress the importance of the photographic report as a means of expression and social transformation, taking into account the fact that the documentary photography contributes to sensitising the society and to the development of the critical capacity of the viewer.
The exhibition includes photographs that have been published on the front cover of the magazine from the first issue until the present moment.
